Group Dining FAQ

How many guests can you accommodate?
Casual group bookings start from 6 guests. For larger groups of 10+, we can arrange semi-private sections. Full venue hire is available for up to 150–200 guests depending on the venue.
Do I need to pre-order for a group?
For groups under 15, you can order from the full menu on the night or choose a Feed Me feast. For groups of 15+, we recommend a set menu or sharing feast so the kitchen can prepare everything perfectly for your table.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Let us know when you book and we'll make sure every guest is looked after. All meats at Yassas are sourced from halal-certified butchers, and we have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly options across the menu.
Is there a minimum spend for groups?
No minimum spend for casual group bookings (6–14 guests). For semi-private dining and private hire, minimum spend applies and varies by venue, day, and time. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Can we bring a cake?
Of course. You're welcome to bring your own celebration cake at no extra charge. Just let us know in advance so we can plate it up properly.
How do I book a group dinner?
For groups of 6–14, book directly via OpenTable or call the venue. For 15+ guests, email functions@yassas.com.au with your preferred date, venue, and guest count and we'll put together a tailored proposal.
